The weight with bench is called the Weider Core 600 bench set with weights.
This offer includes more than what originally came with the set.
The bench is NOT attached to the bench press weight rack.

The weight set was bought 2 years ago, only used for about a year. Manual is include along with all hardware, accesories and more.

Bench press weight rack can be raise to perform squats with the bench press bar (at tallest setting). I am 6 2
Measurement are 4ft wide (max, and is able to be adjusted thinner), 2 ft 6in. deep,
Bench press weight rack is adjustable 6-8 different settings to raise the bench press bar. It is shown at its widest width, it can be adjusted to a small width.


NOTE: All weights and bars are olympic style (larger opening similar to a gyms bar a weights)
Also, the bench is adjustable in 4-5 positions from 90 degrees to - 10-20 degrees for decline bench press. Bench length is 72 in. long and 24 in. wide.
It has a bicep curl pad and curl bar attachment to use (attaches to front of the leg press to perform bicep curls), and perform leg curl with weight (weight clamp included).

Weights included (all weight fit all bars displayed in pics): two 45 lbs,
four 25 lbs,
six 10 lbs,
four 5 lbs

Bars (clamps included): Bench/squat bar (40 lbs) 86 in long, Curl bar (20 lbs) 47 in long , 2 dumb bell bars (5 lbs each)
